Q1: My fan doesn't turn on!
Make sure the rope is connected to a motor output and that the driver voltage matches the voltage indicated on the fan.
Q2: My fan is trembling and shaking!
1. Place the fan on a flat surface. 2. Incorrect installation can also cause tremors. Please refer to the assembly instructions on page 4-5. Note that the power cord must be run through all the rear guards.
Q3: My fan makes vibrations and noise!
