1. Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly. 2. Ensure that your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.
Heater does not start - The set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature
Ensure that the temperature is set to be higher than the ambient temperature.
The heater suddenly stops during heating - The temperature exceeds the threshold of the thermal cutoff
Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool and plug into the electrical outlet again.
